Scissors Hair And Barber (formerly Scissors Hair Studio) has been in business for over 44 years. Our Founder & Owner Tom Lauer started Scissors in Baltimore, MD. Life happened and he moved the business to New Freedom, PA. We are grateful to our clients who have been with us from the start. We are also happy to add new clients to the family!
